Task-based workflows are built for multiple user types, including investors, master servicers, or special servicers. The tasks and workflows are tailored to meet their specific requirements. User-roles can be added or renamed to match the organization’s structure Workflows are assigned at the pool level so different workflows may be built for different types of assets, clients, loans, or exit strategies. Individual tasks can also be customized, including assigning tasks to different roles and changing due dates; in fact whole task processes can be enabled or disabled. Convenience r.e.Cascade is able to accommodate modifications to workflows without the need of excessive development time, with many changes being made within a few hours, and more complex changes made in days rather than months.
